Delivery and Pick Up Information

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Need to pull out your oven hinge and compare it with the photo in this listing, selecting the wrong part and return is possible but there will be %20 restocking fee involved which the supplier is charging us. there is a few version of the Hinge involved if you are not sure please send us a photo of your hinge and model number to be checked in our end.

We recommend you to change both hinges at same time, there is no warranty available if you buy only one hinge, as the door is heavy and the tension of spring must be the same , LEFT and RIGHT hinges are the same.
