Delivery and Pick Up Information

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Please check care fully , this will fit on above model numbers only ,it is push in type.
Lift your freezer seal and if it is held by screw and metal bar this will not fit in your freezer , Which is no longer available,Model number sticker is behind freezer.

after fitting new seal on door you will need a hair dryer( NO HEAT GUN) to warm up the seal to reshape itself ,once while door is open mood ,heat up the seal from inner side , and 2ND when door is closed ,warm it up start from one corner and follow , in some area may you need to help seal to magnetised ,simply by a wooden stick or something similar just push the seal gently towards the cabinet while hair dryer is on and pointing that location. do not open the the door at least for two hours after operation is complete .
