Delivery and Pick Up Information

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Description:
Kit used to convert the side the door opens on white 635MM width cabinets, for single door models (all fridge models or all freezer models).
This kit can only be used on white door models with white plastic handles - not suitable for models with stainless steel handles or stainless steel doors.
Note: When facing the refrigerator the hinge is on the right hand side and needs to be converted to the left hand side.
